HOW TO RETURN?
- Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, the decision to accept the return lies purely with www.blueballoontoys.com
- As we deal in premium toy brands, our customers' chances of receiving a faulty or damaged product are negligible.
- However, if you receive a product that is incorrectly delivered (the product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, we request you to please drop an email with the product unboxing video and images of the defective/damaged product. The video should be made in one go, with no cuts, failing which the return request cannot be accepted.

Methods of Credit
- For cash-on-delivery transactions, we will require your bank account and billing details to process the refund. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the returned products and your bank details on email. The Product shows signs of being used and has any dents, scratches, tears or any other damage.
