RETURNS & REFUNDS
We do our best to make sure you love your online purchase. Everything is done with great care, from inspecting them to making sure they are in mint condition, to packaging them so they arrive safely at their destination.
Blue Balloon Toys endeavours to ensure that the return of the product is as easy as placing the order.
HOW TO RETURN?
- Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, the decision to accept the return lies purely with www.blueballoontoys.com
- As we deal in premium toy brands, our customers' chances of receiving a faulty or damaged product are negligible.
- However, if you receive a product that is incorrectly delivered (the product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, we request you to please drop an email with the product unboxing video and images of the defective/damaged product. The video should be made in one go, with no cuts, failing which the return request cannot be accepted.
- You can initiate a return request within 7 days from the delivery date. This can be done by either emailing us at support@blueballoontoys.com or by calling +91 7042857474 from Monday-Friday, 11 A.M-7 P.M
- Make sure that you hand over the parcel in the same condition you received it, with any labels still attached, original packing and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.
- Once the product returned to us has been inspected thoroughly and approved as an eligible return by our Quality Assurance Team, your refund/ replacement request will be processed. Your returns issue will be closed within 7 business days of our receiving the return package from you.
Don’t worry! We will keep you updated regarding your return/refund process via text message or email ID provided by you.
Methods of Credit
- For cash-on-delivery transactions, we will require your bank account and billing details to process the refund. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the returned products and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- Return of or refund for purchased product shall not be acknowledged by Blue Balloon Toys if:
The price tags, brand tags, box, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories have been damaged or discarded by the User.
The Product shows signs of being used and has any dents, scratches, tears or any other damage.
*The returned amount will include pick up charges of INR 120
HOW TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER?
Placed an order by mistake? Don’t worry!
- Just give us a call at +91 7042857474 or email us at support@blueballoontoys.com within 2 hours of placing the order.
- If the order has not been dispatched, we will initiate a full refund within 2 business days. The same shall be reflected in your account within 5-7 business days.
- In case the order is refused at the doorstep, the order will be treated as a returned product(s).

We want to ensure that your shopping experience with us is satisfactory, and we have put together the following Return and Refund Policy specifically for clearance sale items. o If the customer orders in bulk the shipping will be paid by the customer.
