Zenitsu Agatsuma is one of the main characters in the anime and manga series "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba". He is a young man who becomes a Demon Slayer after being saved by the series protagonist, Tanjiro Kamado.
Zenitsu is known for his cowardly and easily frightened nature, often panicking in the face of danger. However, he has a rare talent for swordsmanship, particularly when he is in a state of unconsciousness, which he enters when he becomes too scared or overwhelmed.
Despite his flaws, Zenitsu cares deeply for his friends and is willing to risk his life to protect them. He is particularly close to Tanjiro, whom he views as a mentor and role model.
Zenitsu is recognizable by his bright blond hair, which is tied up in a topknot, and his yellow and green patterned haori (a traditional Japanese jacket). He wields a Nichirin sword, which is a special sword used by Demon Slayers that is capable of killing demons.

HOW TO RETURN?
- Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, the decision to accept the return lies purely with www.blueballoontoys.com
- As we deal in premium toy brands, our customers' chances of receiving a faulty or damaged product are negligible.
- However, if you receive a product that is incorrectly delivered (the product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, we request you to please drop an email with the product unboxing video and images of the defective/damaged product. The video should be made in one go, with no cuts, failing which the return request cannot be accepted.

Methods of Credit
- For cash-on-delivery transactions, we will require your bank account and billing details to process the refund. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the returned products and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- Return of or refund for purchased product shall not be acknowledged by Blue Balloon Toys if:
The price tags, brand tags, box, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories have been damaged or discarded by the User.
The Product shows signs of being used and has any dents, scratches, tears or any other damage.
